What is Vouch Reviews?

Vouch is a product reviews app for Shopify. It collects reviews, photos, videos and questions from your buyers and shows them on your store in widgets that match your theme.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan includes unlimited reviews, every widget including Q&A and carousels, rich snippets and review imports. Review request emails start on Pro.

Can I bring my reviews from another app?

Yes. Export your reviews from your old app or put them in a CSV file and upload it to Vouch. Ratings, dates, photos and store replies come across.

Will it match my theme?

Vouch is a theme app extension, so it works with any Online Store 2.0 theme. The Theme match preset uses your theme fonts and colors, and you can change everything else in the editor.

Do I need to write code?

No. You add the review block and star badges in the theme editor. Custom CSS is there if you want it.

What happens to my reviews if I uninstall?

Vouch removes itself cleanly from your theme. You can export all your reviews as a CSV file at any time before you go.
